Fire-Trol’s Area Managers provide service to equipment used for storing, blending wildland fire retardant and loading aircraft. They are also available to build and set up fixed wing airtanker bases and portable bases and work closely with agency personnel on the day-to-day operations. Fire-Trol personnel are trained in the safe and effective use of wildland fire retardants.

Fire-Trol Holdings, L.L.C. has Mobile Retardant Bases (MRB) available for use with fixed-wing airtankers and helicopters with buckets. The MRB’s are available upon request and come complete with all the equipment and personnel necessary for delivering the retardant in remote locations.

Our Research and Development team works diligently to develop products that are effective, safe for the user and the environment and economically feasible. All FIRE-TROL® retardants have been tested and approved by the U.S. Forest Service and must meet numerous testing standards including effectiveness and health and safety requirements.
